Program structure
In two blocks of three days, we continuously bring practice into the room and theory into practice.
The program consists of lectures, peer consultation, preparation and the application of insights to real-life challenges. Over a period of two months you spend two module of three full working days on campus at Nyenrode. Each module focuses on levels of leadership and collaboration.
Practical challenge and peer consultation
You begin the program by formulating your individual practical challenge. Throughout the modules, you continue to work on this challenge so that you finish the Program with clear and actionable next steps.
There are two peer consultation sessions, typically with a group of four participants. Guided by an experienced coach, you take part in these sessions which are designed to help you translate theory into practice and anchor your learning on both a personal and a professional level.
Learn from experts
The program is developed and facilitated by the academic staff of Nyenrode Business University. During the modules, you work with professors, consultants and executive coaches who combine scientific insights with many years of practical experience. This enables you to translate theory directly into your daily reality.
