In the Leadership Essentials, we explore leadership at multiple levels. You discover the knowledge and capabilities needed to navigate a rapidly changing landscape. You take time to reflect on your personal drivers, beliefs and pitfalls, gaining insight into your leadership style and your preferred way of collaborating.
You also deepen your understanding of group dynamics and change management: how do you engage people in a project, within your team or across your organization, and guide them toward a desired direction?
